Jason Wolf serves as the Managing Principal at WCRE & WCRE Property Management and plays an important role in fostering its success and growth. Jason serves as the guiding force for the Property Management team, offering invaluable insights into new ventures, property and asset management, and optimizing operations.
Erin Warwick has assumed the role of Executive Vice President at WCRE, where she plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and facilitating the growth of WCRE & WCRE Property Management in the Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia regions. In her role, Erin will provide invaluable support to the property management team.
Brian Goren serves as Property Manager and Broker Advisor at WCRE, bringing extensive experience in property management, leasing, and operations. He currently oversees a diverse portfolio of 22 properties totaling more than 650,000 square feet, primarily consisting of medical and office assets throughout the region.Brian’s dual role allows him to drive the continued growth of WCRE Property Management while also providing tenant and landlord representation across retail, office, and medical sectors in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His strong operational insight, strategic approach, and relationship-focused mindset ensure that every property under his management performs at its highest potential.
Alicia Lukens joins WCRE as the Property Accountant with the Property Management Team. Alicia is responsible for managing all financial transactions and record-keeping related to the properties managed by the firm, along with the financial reporting to investors and all related parties.
