WCRE Expands Property Management Portfolio with Evesham Corporate Center

WCRE | CORFAC International proudly announces that Sant Properties has acquired the Evesham Corporate Center, a premier four-building, 134,000 square-foot office portfolio located at 2, 4A, 4B, and 5 Eves Drive in Marlton, New Jersey, from Nassimi Realty.

The acquisition marks another milestone for WCRE Property Management, as Sant Properties has selected WCRE Property Management to provide full-service management and leasing for the portfolio. The Evesham Corporate Center represents an exciting new chapter in WCRE’s partnership with Sant Properties, strengthening WCRE’s growing management footprint across Southern New Jersey.

WCRE’s Brian Goren will serve as the Property Manager for the portfolio, overseeing all day-to-day operations, projects, and maintenance coordination.
